There’s nothing that fuels my fire more than seeing entrepreneurs crushing it and scaling beyond their wildest dreams. I’m dedicated to working with creative service-based business owners using a blend of business mentoring, custom strategy, and personality insights to help simplify their biz so they can get back to enjoying life. 

For 13 years I worked in Aquatics (aka managing pools!) wrestling with a mess of inefficient systems while managing hundreds of employees and clients. While I really loved my career, the lack of smart technology led to soul-crushing repetitive tasks, confusion and miscommunication. I saw the potential for a more seamless approach to improving internal team culture and client experiences, and was inspired to make life easier. So I took my passion for tech and humans and began helping service-based businesses who were desperately in need of simple systems.

Since 2018 I’ve been rescuing entrepreneurs drowning in admin by designing a work-life balance that supports them. It’s mind-blowing how many hours can be saved by streamlining workflows and adding smart automation to daily operations. Plus it opens up a golden opportunity to add all the *sprinkles* that really makes the client experience stand out.
